Im a level 11 but still on the D-List... is this bad? Should i be higher? If so, how do increase?

you guys know that little white cat that sits out front of your apartment in the 'neighborhood'? well, I really wanna adopt it, but I also want to get the better apartment in the downtown area. I'm afraid that if I get the better apartment now before I adopt the cat, the cat will disappear and I won't be able to adopt it later when I have enough stars. can someone please tell me if that will happen or not? thanks.

same here!! I'm just gonna wait till I level up to the point where I've gained enough stars to adopt it, but I'm scared that if I buy the new apartment it will disappear :(

I just updated, trying it out now, so far when I came out of rising star studios, your friend comes and talks to you about new updates, now you can do stuff with furniture and things like that, and for me the co star thing finally works, and the big guy guarding club coco has changed into an even bigger guy, lol. And now there's no more Charm option with him, only bribe and week pass. There's more stuff but first I'll have to look around!

There's not any huge differences for me, except that now you can go over at star beans and chat with your friend and h e'll give you some advice if you have any questions and that kind of thing.
