Report this message to our admins for
- inappropriate language/content (like swearing etc.)
- spam
- any other reason

just adding on that I open the user_info.json file by dragging it to the desktop first then open in Altova. When you're finished close Altova and re drag the file back to where you got it from. it will ask if you would like to replace the file. click 'yes'.
