No, just search on safari: jailbreak me and then open the first page on the list. If it was the right page, it looks like the app store. Click 'install' and it installs Cydia, a store for stuff. Look on the Internet for source codes and such, and fill up cydia with a load of files. On Cydia, type: iFile and then find the two faces picture Mac sometimes uses and install iFile.
