You get the trophy by completing all the achievements. You hit the Employee of the Month board by swiping the screen towards the top by the employee board. You can also get the broken window with that too. Coffee spray, you just throw the eraser in his coffee & he'll drink the coffee & spray it out. You can also throw the score board, just tap it and tap Throw.
