If you visit neighbours and it says one of them has a sick animal, click on it but when the box opens saying they have a sick animal, close tap zoo. Then re-open and go back in to the visit neighbours and they will now have two sick animals. Works every time and I've told others and it worked for them. You won't get free stars but you will get extra coins when you treat the additional sick animal
