@evelyn ur right, I've completed the quest quite some time ago, I hope this could help: Buy the sleeveless v neck top (Just buy the white one that costs cash, don't waste ur stars) wear it and go show Charlene, the lady. Then go into Club CoCo, and talk to ur enemy. (Like my enemy is Jessica Hall) then u should have completed the quest. Hope this helps :)
