Level 30 world 3... 3 arrows... Use your first to hit the ice underneath to bounce up and break the second piece of ice on top. Then shoot the ball... It should fall down and roll into the plank pushing the bunny out from hiding... Take your third arrow and shoot it way up in an ark so when it comes down it will kill the bunny, bounce off the ice and kill the bunny floating by the balloon. 3 arrows, three stars!
