I need to reformat my computer but the Windows Vista DVD wasn't included. I asked the store but they said I could restore from the hard drive, or I could buy a Vista or Windows 7 DVD. Is this correct? I can't seem to find the restore tools or whatsoever, the PC just locks up when booting.
