In order to add neighbors, you will need to go on their wall, AND have a storm id. Then go to their wall, tell them your storm ID politely saying: " Add me please. Storm ID: _____ " & Whenever they are on Bakery Story & see the message, If they want, they would happily add you. And to know when they add you, on the bottom left hand corner, there is a place above -HOME- which is -NEWS- & thats where you can check your gifts too. Thats where you can see where the neighbor invites are. If you can't see it there, you go to -Home- then -Social- then -Newsfeed-. At newsfeed you can see who tipped you, gifts, and neighbor invites.
