I'm now at level 92. Ferris Wheel and Winery will get you max coins. When placing business make sure you get bonus by placing decorations next to them. It take time if you dont spend your own money but can be done. Every 24 hours I send energy to friends and get back in return. Friend will accept your requests when they can't get any further themselves. I'm now saving for the condo - 1/2 way there. Every night I collect all high paying rent. I am now at the stage I only play a few times a day and help out with friend requests.
