@snaeja - after you make a decision you never get to go back and choose again. Once you skip a movie it's lost for good. As far as this update is concerned if you promise not to tell so you get the movie you won't have an opportunity to tell max. Not yet. After you film in Paris Max calls you into his office to tell you he wants to marry her and give up his business. Until then he tells you to go film 3 romance movies since he's in love and he's going to find a big diamond ring for her. But you arent given any choices to tell him about her.
