@StardomLova Some people have had this quest not pop up for them. We came to a conclusion (not 100% sure) that there was a previous quest in the game you had to do a certain way or else it wouldn't pop up. Do you remember helping a friend get a job, after he/she went to Leaky Cantina and ran up a huge bar tab he couldn't pay? That's what we think had to be done to open up this quest for the stolen items, because it has to do with your "friend". And are you atleast level 15 or higher? Some things don't pop up till you get to that level also.
