Condos are in the housing section but it costs 6 million to buy one. That is the last goal I have had and I am spending my money on expansions, not reaching 1 goal! So have not had new goals in about three months now. If you ask me the game, like a lot of them, is getting too slow and expensive to use. All the "new" things in the market you have to buy with cash not coins which is a problem when you could lose your town at any time.
