When you are told to visit someone's house, you need to find the appropriate person of that asked name in all your built houses. You can do this by going to move mode then click on any house, there will be a pencil symbol, click it. It will show names of persons living in that house. Check every house until you see the required person's name and then by going to normal mode just collet xp from that house. That's it...
