Thank u @paws4ever Ive been waiting for the answer re; Hefty Smurfs function. Originally I was going to write here asking "Why my Hefty didn't reduce building time at all?" but then I saw 'Thunder' is having the same problem & I thought I also have a dud Hefty & wasted 25 smurfberries but yeah, your answer is right: all the building time is already reduced as soon as Hefty is built! It takes longer before Hefty was around. Thanks! Glad to know my Hefty isn't a dud! 
