You have to pay to unlock the use of a character and use of the mailbox. They charge for quests as well as character classes, and you cannot play with your friends.

When I do the mechanic one it says "It's so cruel... I hope it works." After that it's loading then crashes??

^^ Same here. It keeps crashing in town. Every time I try to go to the upper area in town it crashes.
