I read every comment on this forum and I found a faster way to get more gems/ more money but you will lose a little bit of game money in return, like most of you said buy alot of the same clothes but what you can also do if the bar is almost full, is buy and item and then cancel the order and buy another item and then cancel that one and buy the first item again, you may lose a few coins in the process but its worth it since you earn a gem or money faster, I hope that helps!
