THIS IS HOW YOU PAY YOUR STAFF: When you click on the empty lot to build rides/shops, you will see an option for staff. Example: the smallest lot has "chicken man". Click to build whatever you would like, and after the time is up, when you would usually be COLLECTING profit, you will be PAYING your staff. Example: the chicken man gets paid $80 every hour. It took me a while to figure this out. ;) hope this helps someone!!!
